Wuhu Sanshan Port is a joint venture between Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T) and Sinotrans Ltd. It is Keppel T&T’s second partnership with Sinotrans Group.
芜湖三山港是中国外运长航集团有限公司其子公司中国外运股份有限公司（中国外运）与吉宝电讯与通运有限公司（吉宝讯通）的合资项目，也是中国外运长航集团与吉宝讯通的第二个合作项目。
· The port will serve Wuhu City,Anhui Province and the central region of China. It will be one of the largest inland grade one river ports in Anhui province when completed.
芜湖三山港将为芜湖市、安徽省和中国中部地区提供服务，系安徽区域目前最大的单体水工码头工程之一。
· Joint venture is held 50:50 by Keppel T&T and Sinotrans with an initial registered capital of RMB280 million. Total investment is estimated at RMB800 million.
中国外运和吉宝讯通各以50% 的比例合资成立芜湖三山港口有限责任公司，初始注册资本为2.8亿元人民币，总投资额估计为8亿元人民币。
